Here's a thread I like to start every year after Christmas to see what games they ended up getting for Christmas or what they spent their gift cards on.

I personally didn't get many games this year but my kids did! (Which means I get to play them as well. :) Here's what they got.

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020

I was gifted this:
A Short Hike (Thanks for the gift, you know who you are)

We did end up getting an Oculus Quest 2 and the first thing I bought for it was Beat Saber. But I have many other games planned for this sweet little system.

I mostly got items to furnish the new house I just moved into, however game wise I DID finally just get an Intellivision for Christmas with a couple of games. Unfortunately no boxes or cases with any of them, which is fairly standard for games that old, but all of the controller overlays were there which was nice!

Enjoy Sea of Thieves. It was my #1 this year. There's so much to the game you can easily sink 200 hrs into it.

I picked myself up an Oculus Quest 2 as well. Enjoying it on its own as well as using the link cable with it.

I'm having trouble with my link cable. From what I read the latest AMD drivers are causing problems with it. The fix is to revert to an older AMD driver. Hopefully that'll fix it.

I figured the problem out. It was the driver for my AMD card. I had to load an older driver in for it to work. Apparently the drivers from mid November on have caused problems with the Oculus Link. I hope AMD fixes it soon.
