Can you make a Goal Template or do you need special permissions?

You need to be a curator to make a Goal Template.

You can create your own goals but the templates are, as Avium mentioned, curated and created by the curators of Completionator.

Can we make a way to submit goal templates to Curators for review? Distribute the work in a sense but maintain a level of quality control.

The challenges should be similar to this as well

While adding a process to submit templates would be nice, it's more development and at the moment I'm mostly focused on filling in missing data.
