Hello,

Hoping someone can help me out. Recently my playthroughs have vanished from the page ("My Playthroughs") where I can add my session times. On my default profile page you can see I have many active playthroughs in the "Now Playing" section, however they're gone from inside the "My Playthroughs" tab.

I am able to access specific playthroughs by searching for the game title in the search bar on that page; so they're there, but somehow seems like it's being filtered out of sight. I would like all of my active playthroughs to be visible by default, as it was before.

This issue is persisting across multiple devices and I have already tried clearing the browser cache which didn't solve it.
Does anybody have any ideas as to how to fix this?

Hope that makes sense.
Please assist.

This has been an issue in the past, though it's been a while. It can occur when you have a very large number of playthroughs / goals. I made a change to hopefully address the issue. Is it working for you now?
